I posted earlier my concern with my tall phlox. They have not bloomed this year and look very sick. Some suggestions were mildew, which is possible but I took a picture for more suggestions. Can anyone recognize this problem and help me with the fix? Should I dig them up, cut them down, spray? Thanks to any and all that might help with this. Lesley
