They should make it through the winter just fine as long as they have a chance to settle in before the frost. I have heard it's good to get plants in the ground a month or so before the first frost date. Probably cover them with mulch or leaves over the winter.

If I were you, I'd attempt to overwinter them in a cold garage (preferably attached, kept cool & avoiding soggy wet) so as to not get too cold. I usually purchased my (small rooted cuttings) florist mums from King's Mums, through mail order. Although they were recently purchased outright & are under new ownership. Hopefully, they will be offering some of their wide variety of offerings sometime early next year, at the new location. The website remains online & you can peruse the different classes. It may even contain info, as to winter care, or hardiness.
Cuttings can be made, some time after news growth is well under way, likely by mid spring, being that you are located so far north. I usually take a 3 or 4 inch cut of top growth, dip in rotting hormone, then pot up & occasionally mist (covered with a clear loose baggy), with fairly good results or often times, rather easy success. Or a bit later on outdoors, when somewhat warmer, if it's an offshoot at the base.

I have plunked potted mums in the ground and just added some shredded cedar mulch and they came back for me. If you get them in the ground with enough time for them to settle in and where you are it would probably be OK they should do fine.

After a brief search, I found a supplier; woolmans.com & they listed this cv. as a hhp, meaning it is a half hardy perennial. Although, that isn't quite exactly the same thing as listing the lowest zone to which it is hardy.
While, a half hardy perennial, generally means it usually isn't extremely cold hardy, just by its very definition.
Typically, they are listed as garden hardy, suitable for outdoor overwintering in the ground, up to a point, in certain colder zones. Or, they are of the florist type, which are generally greenhouse grown, to ensure their survival through the winter in more severely colder climates.
