I'm looking for the spring blooming red phlox, and I thought I saw one of the catalogs had free shipping? But don't remember which one. Any ideas on that. And WHY is it so hard to find this color? I have pink, blue and violet, but I also want the red.

I don't recall ever seeing a true red Creeping Phlox. Browsing through a few of the links provided by a Google Search shows all shades of pink being referred to as red. Sorry I can't be of any assistance.

OK, thanks. But I think I saw something labeled red in one of the catalogs, but now I can't find it.

this is the "reddest" creeping phlox that I know of, that being said, it's still just a deep pink. This site describes it as "Rose red flowers with darker red eye in spring."
