Thanks to tsflowers in Indiana, I now know the name of the plant I want to move! Can anyone tell me how? It's probably a laughable question, since it's a little invasive and because it has so many seedpods, but I'm not sure if I should just rip it out this Fall (with care?) or wait until Spring - and just how 'careful' I should be. I can't remember if it spreads by rhizomes or what. I planted it about 15 years ago.
