| I never thought that so many people I never met face to face would be so helpful and concerned for my furred friend. Tuesday evening Pookie made a difficult walk to the dining room to demand her taste of what was being served and later danced in the warm air of the hair dryer for the last time. She will be missed. Thank you for your help and concern. Sandy |

the cats who've shared our lives. In subtle ways they let us know, their spirit still survives. Old habits still make us think, we hear a meow at the door. Or step back when we drop, a tastey morsel on the floor. Our feet still go around the place, A food dish used to be. And, sometimes coming home at night, we miss them terribly. Although time may bring new friends, and a new food dish to fill, That one place, still belongs to her ... and dear Pookie it always will. *~* ~* ~* ~* ~*~ *~*~* ~* ~*~ ~*~ *~ ~*~ Awwwww. Dear little Pookie is now the real Angel we knew she was here on earth. Sincerest sympathy ..... :-( C3D |

| Sandy, I know that she was ready to go, but I can only imagine how you're feeling after 20+ years with your little girl. I've felt such a connection while reading your stories, because of my Pookie. My heart is aching for you. I hope that our 2 Pookies get to meet up there some day. :) Brenda |

| Sorry for your loss Sandy. Sounds like she crossed that bridge in grand fashion. Take comfort in knowing that you were a GREAT friend to her as she was to you. It is a shame that they only have 9. |
