Not Florida again...

My thoughts and prayers go out to all those poor folks. Are our Florida ponders OK?

I just talked to my neighbors wintering in Dunnellon 30 miles NW of Lady Lake, branches down and 5" of rain but no damage. No sirens down there like here, and of course no basements...

Hope FEMA gets off it's a... this time.

Geez, a hundred mile long path of destruction, that's amazing. There was a picture on CNN that showed a house that was demolished and a sign that said "Another day in paradise".

An awful experience for those poor folks. They not only have to deal with hurricanes, but tornados, too! And the rain makes everything 10 times worse.

I panicked, thinking about DH and family coming into Ft. Lauderdale from the cruise...but it's not even close to there, and it's not until Thurs. So glad to hear your neighbors are ok, Sarah!

LMAO! Alright, I realize this is a serious subject matter but those last two posts were just too dang funny.

Floridians WILL bounce back from this like they have many times before.
