Tonight (Wednesday May 23) on PBS at 10 is a show about Okies who catch giant catfish by going underwater, jamming their hands in holes and letting the cats glom onto their hands as bait. Then they haul them out and pitch them into the waiting boat.

I've seen it before. Quality entertainment.
