| After 4 years of pea soup, algae everywhere, many algaecide applications, much bacteria added, a UV light, tranplanted plants along with snails a crayfish and a weird algae, we now have crystal clear water and love our pond. Although at one time my wife wanted to order a truckload of sand to fill it in. I also sucked up 100 gallons of water when my son over filled it and the water flowed into our basement. ALWAYS include a provision to remove excess water if necessary!!!! Like the 3-4 feet of snow the we get or a 2-3 inch rain fall!
