If you don't know what it is already, Texas is changing from a black list of prohibited water garden plants to a white list of permitted plants. However, many common pond plants have not been added to the list like elephant ears, water poppy, yellow snowflake, some cattails, and even some water lilies. The next meeting is in Ft. Worth tomorrow, January 19 at Cabela's at 7pm. I want to go, and wonder what it will be like. Has anyone gone to the meetings in other areas?
