Lighting recommendations

Hi everyone,

I'm getting stumped by lighting options. I'm looking at LED lights to light around a stream and waterfall.

Some will be underwater, some outside of the water.

I see that some of the kits are bright white, some soft white, some super bright...not to mention the ones that are colored. Some are 12 LED lights, some 144.

What are your favorite? Bright or soft?

Thanks in advance!

Bright is usually a blueish fairly harsh light while soft means it has more yellow and is closer to sunlight in color.
