| I have not had any luck finding ideas on landscaping the edge of the retention pond I live on. I am going to be re-sodding in a couple of months and I am looking for ideas of vegetation to plant along the edge of my retention pond at the water line. I know St Augustine grass will not fare well down at water level. I would love to have something native, low maintenance, and non-invasive and something that will not choke out my St Augustine turf. Something pretty, possibly flowering. I am not allowed to add any hard-scaping to the edge of the lake or any kind of a retaining pond. So Pleasing to the eye plants is the way I am looking to go. |
