 o
looking for solar pump

Hi! I've never posted on here before but have been a frequent lurker. I have two ponds, a big one near the house and a small one that was once a stump hole (where a tree fell), in the woods. I want to put a solar pump in it to pump from a 3' narrow raceway into the pond, where it looks like water coming from a spring under a rock slab and flowing into the little pond, but all the solar pumps I can find are for fountains and have fountain kits. Has anyone run across just a solar pump? I don't need the fountain attachments.

Sandy

sandy, you could buy a solar pump and just connect a filter to it.the two drs. has one rated at 105 gps.

Thanks, Joe, but I am just looking for the pump without all the fountain attachments. Buying the pump or hooking it up to a filter is not the problem, it's all the extras I don't want as I would not be using it as a fountain. I was hoping someone on here had run across a vendor who sold solar pumps only. It has to be a solar pump because the little pond is a good 300' from any electric outlet. It only holds about 50 gallons so a small pump would handle it easily.
