I grow only the tropical lilies but use standard 10/12
pots because I find i have to repot every year anyway.
It does somewhat limit the size of the flowers but sure a lot easier getting in and out of the pond . Of course if your pots are subject to freeze might not work??? gary

Regarding oil pans. I hadn't realize they were deep enough. I thought one needed at least 5+ inches in depth? Do they grow over the pots?
