My channel catfish died

I built my pond last August. 4 feet deep and approx 4000 gallons. I have has my channel cats For 3 years. This year my pond heater did not keep up and froze over for about 1 week. Now that it's thawing out I have found my only channel cats dead as well as 3 large Koi and just noticed that my red ear slider has a red slime on his eyes! Can anyone help me with this?

Sounds like the turtle has a fungal infection. You can try to treat the fungal infection with Betadine 50/50 with water followed by a Sulpha dip. If that doesn't work, I would go to a vet that treats exotics/herps.

Sorry about your fish. It has been an awful winter. :(

If I just let nature takes its course and do nothing will it correct itself?
