| I have 3/4" and 1" black flexible thin walled pipe - the kind that is available at the box stores, does anyone have any idea of the life expectancy of this pipe, some is lying on the ground, sun exposure ranges from 10% to 60% daily depending on the season? Most is working on 8 years.

| If you are talking about the really cheap stuff, I've had it get rips in a very short time, a matter of weeks. I suppose with extreme care it could last 8 years but I wouldn't bet on it. |
