LOL! Those are toad eggs!!

That's what I'd thought at first.. but they never floated at the top like the frog eggs did at my old house.. and there isn't a dark center like what I've seen before either..and I definitely never saw any previous frog eggs actually hang onto the sides and CRAWL like drunken sailors in loops and twists all over the sides either.. So you really think it's frog/toad eggs? huh. who knew? :)

Its not frog eggs, they are toad eggs. Toads lay eggs in long strands like that and frogs lay eggs in in a fill-in circle, close together. I have them all through my stocktank pond.
I'm in Indiana and you're in Georgia, so I might not be aware of how your specific frogs lay eggs, but in Indiana those are definitely toad eggs. Have you heard alot of singing from your pond recently? My toads went crazy last week when it was warmer and laid hundreds if not thousands of those eggs. You'll have alot of tadpoles for awhile, but they seem to disappear drastically and you might just be left with a few.

Ok..lol I just have never experienced eggs that are stuck to the sides like a suction cup. They were always free floating or in the base of a pond plant or something, stringy and floating. These are stuck on the sides and they crawl around, you can see the curvy tracks on the pics of where they've crawled zig-zag like. Maybe it's a new species! lol

Those are toad eggs. I have lots of them each year. Haven't been any frogs eggs yet, but did spot a leopard frog in the pond today. Crossing my fingers. Here are my toad eggs from last summers pond.
