I have a stream that is part clear and circulating well, but the other half is stagnate with this bubbling, brown gunky stuff. I put organic activated charcoal and Moringa powder on the spot; it opened just a little. I decided this is out of my league. I called the Twnsp. but have not received a call back.

I don't want to pour anything else into the area because I don't know what effects it will have on frogs. But any advice would be helpful. I did the Izaak Walton Survey, with the exception of the stagnate area the water is high quality. PH reads 7.
