Who to call for filter repair?

We had a massive tree limb come down last weekend and the bas***d nailed our filter. The damage appears minimal- a limb went through the bucket portion- OK, easy enough. Order a new one and we're good there. The other bit has me wondering- it yanked the electrical cord free of it's moorings. The cord is still intact, and it appears that where it attaches is intact as well, but I don't have the tools to really asses that. Who the heck do you call for that sort of a repair? The pond store? Electrician? Any ideas? it doesn't look like an overly complicated fix, but what the heck do I know?

Yes, I can get a picture. It is an Oase Filterclear 3000.
