Is Specturm a Safe Fungicide around ponds?

Does anyone have knowledge of a product called Spectrum Garden Safe Fungicide? Available at Ace Hardware, it contains Neem oil which is supposed to be safe and effective for pests as well as fungus. I have a dock and canopy structure right next to my pond with a nice cover of Boston Ivy. The leaves get that brown fungus lately which spreads. I would like a safe product to kill it.
Thanks in advance for any help anyone can lend.

According to this really cool chart I found on-line, it should be pretty safe to use around your pond, although product label warns to keep it out of the water. The one you are asking about is listed on page 5.

Here is a link that might be useful: product safety

Wow! Thanks for that link ccoombs!

handy link

Isn't that a cool link? I bookmarked it myself for future reference. I am a little scared now too though, since I just put out a bunch of Preen in my yard last week and now I read that it is deadly toxic to fish. I think I'll get some activated charcoal in my filters, just to be on the safe side.
