Windmill Palm Possibly Toxic?

mike50

We've had a couple of Windmill palms for ten yrs. or so and they've thrived around our fish pond in spite of numerous snowfalls and temps down to 10 deg f. In the Seattle area. One of the trees suddenly sprouted an almost grape-like cluster of very small yellow, what appears to be, seeds. Would you be so kind as to tell me what they might be and whether I should remove them. Would they be toxic to my fish should they fall into the pond as they are quite similar to our fish food? Thanks.
