Can anyone please tell me if you have done business with USA KOI and how was your experience? I am a bit concerned I placed an order for a pump on the 21st.and it still has not shipped. I really hoped this would be a fast shipment. His website says next day shipping. I have called and emailed and have not received any answers. I am getting a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach.
