Bought a $300 bio filter from Jerry's Home Improvement last summer and the uv light went out so we bought a new bulb to put in and realized that the bulb sleeve was filled with water. We would dry it out and every time we put it in it would fill up again. I had no idea where the receipt was.. We took it back to Jerrys figuring they wouldn't replace it since its almost a year old and no receipt but figured it was worth the try.. They were wonderful and exchanged it for a new one.
