| Hi, it's been a long time since I posted in this forum! I've got two good sized water lilies in my pond. The older one I've had for years is growing over and rooting in the other pot, and thriving. The other one has never done well; not enough sun I suppose. Can I just cut the tuber of the good one off from its original roots and let it go in its new home, or do I need to repot it "properly"? Thanks in advance.
Maggie P.S. If anyone here remembers this far back, years ago I used to post the "word of the week" in this forum and members would write sentences. It was fun. |

| I am not a expert, in fact this is my first year with my pond. I had a lily that was not performing well. When I pulled it up I found it had grown anouther plant in its pot. I separated them and potted the new plant "properly " just to be sure the shock of separating it didn't kill it. It flowered today, the first flower off that lily! |
