Be careful of what you wish for!

I have had a pond for some 20 years now and only had babies from my fish once.Probably due to moving, predators and such . However,I moved once again and put in a small pond (6x8x2 1/2). I put in 10 feeder fish to be my tester fish and figured at least half of them would die...only 2 disappeared ,then I went back to Maryland and got my 6 fish I had there. Well apparently they are very happy and have been very prolific ! I was happy at first but now I am over run. I have one butterfly koi some comets and regular goldfish. My questions are - are the eggs easy to find so I can take them out before they hatch, do they only spawn in the spring ,is there a way to control the breeding? I just gave a bucketful of babies to my neighbor but selfishly kept a few that were born orange and white and of course we couldn't catch a lot of them.
Right now I am running 3 filters in this tiny pond to help with the overload of poop! Thanks for any help
