So after my lotus seedlings died I ordered a tuber online. The tuber is doing better than my seedlings but I am still having some difficulty. The leaves are being eaten or burned by something.

The lotus is in potting soil with pond plant fertilizer tabs and topped off with sand.

The plant is growing well but the leaves are not very healthy. Some of the leaves come up looking pretty good but then start to develop these red rimmed holes and others unfurl already looking quite damaged.

Can someone help figure out what's going on?
