Will my Lotus ever bloom?

I bought a Chawan Bosu lotus in the spring of 2010. It did really well last year but I did not expect it to bloom. After a rough winter, I was amazed that it even came back, but it did and it has done great. It started putting up aerial leaves in late May, I feed it every 3 weeks or so, it gets 8+ hours of direct sun, the water is fairly warm. Is this thing ever going to bloom?

I have a lotus in a big bog and it has been very slow to blossom, even though it has tons of aerials. I'm just now seeing a small blossom growing out of the water. Just keep doing what you're doing!
