JUst this past week I have noticed lots of little toads and leopard frogs. We have had more rain than normal also.

I would think the rain too. Frogs go exploring when it rains and your new frogs seem to like your pond too much to leave. :)

We have some spotted ones and have had bullfrog tadpoles for a year now and one is starting to develop legs. Are you saying you relocate the bullfrogs to another area?

No I just take them to a marsh a little further down the road. It's off the same lake.

When I went to get my supply of free mosquito eating minnows x the City for my small pond, I saw two polywogs in the water & got them with the minnows & put all in my pond. Now what happened to those polywogs in my pond? I don't see them or any little frogs in the water? Darn, I was hoping to hear those critters at night in the back yard!!

when I went frog catching this week I actually caught a TEAL frog, I kid you not, but i went fishing afterward and they all got out of the bucket, every frog I caught again except for that dang teal frog and I know no one will believe me.

I noticed a clump of frog eggs on a lily pad in my koi pond today. I would like to see them hatch and grow. Should I move the eggs out of the pond? Will they live in pond water in a fish bowl? This is the first time we've seen any eggs.

are these frog eggs? Can I / should I remove them to fish bowl to hatch?

We heard frogs over the summer but never saw them. Just this week we have seen four or five frogs sunning on the rocks. I have done some research and it seems there are two types (spring peepers and green frogs). I have never seen tadpoles. I recently observed our Comets seemingly agressively eating something. Do comets eat frogs eggs?
