Your small pond is well integrated into your site, which is absolutely beautiful BTW! Your use of differing stone sizes is really, really nice. It softens things well. I love your plantings too; they don't crowd your pond. Wish we had cooler weather around here. 100-degrees plus heat indexes are the summertime norm 'round here. Happy Ponding.

Yeah, I like the way you've tied it into the landscape, too. Your guard cat is a cutie :)

Your pond is so neat!! Like pondbucket, I also like the way it fits into the landscape. I wish I had your talent. Summer this year has been hard on my surrounding plants. Maybe a better summer for me next year. I sure enjoy pictures of other ponds. I never get tired of looking at Garden Web. Thanks for sharing.

Very pretty! Looks natural. I like the way you did your waterfall and no liner showing! What is the wire for? Nice guard cat or fishing cat???

Thanks for the positive comments. My cat is actually an algae eater.......anyone else have an algae eating kitty? Not really interested in the fishes but those birdbathing visitors sure makes her mouth water. The wire is actually just a piece of fishing line meant to deter the varmints that want to visit and do destruction.....I should really just remove it as I haven't seen any heron activity in awhile. Thanks again, Flora
