Connecting liners

I needed to connect two liners together and the cheapest way seemed to be to make my own bulkhead fitting from two 1/4" thick pieces of plexiglass. I made 2 pieces 13x18" and drilled holes around the perimeter every 1 3/4" apart. I clamped the pieces together when I drilled the holes and cut out the center section about 9x14. I sandwiched the two liners together and used a sharp nail to poke a hole thru each hole in the fitting and pushed the bolt thru....I did this one hole at a time and made sure there were no creases in the liners.

After all the bolts were pushed thru the first piece and thru the two liners, then I put the 2nd bulkhead fitting on and and installed the nuts and washers. (all the bolts and washers are stainless steel). I didn't use any silicon, because the tight bolt spacing creates a tight seal.

I don't have pictures of the whole process, but you can see how it's done with the picture below. I still have some tweaking to do, but I am pleased with the results.
