| I was cleaning out the pond the other day and disturbed two of these tiny residents. They are about an inch long with a bronze stripe down its back. One thing they can do well is the long jump. I have surfed the net for an ID, and think it may be a Cricket frog. I am also adding other pictures showing visitors I have had this year plus a new addition.
Frog/Toad ID needed - Northern Cricket Frog? Feathered Friend-Visited pond each day during 100+ temps. New baby butterfly koi- looks like it rolled in glitter. |

| Hardin, try the link below for lots of photographs of Northern Cricket Frogs. They are kind of rough-skinned and it makes them look like young toads. "Horton" |

| Hey, another Okie. Thanks, I think he/she is quite pretty too. That is the one my hubby picked out and its name is Sparky. Mine won't stay still long enough to pose but I named it Goblin. It's a orange/black with white colored one. |
