I wish I had a picture

I have netted my pond and put some pvc pipes across it for support and to keep the net out of the water. I looked out the window and our 2 summer kittens were standing on the netting looking at the fish at the edge of the pond. The next thing I knew one of them ran out to the center to be right over the fish but the netting gave and he got his feet wet. He leaped straight up and ran off and the other followed.

All summer they have been getting close to the edge and sometimes falling in when trying to eat fish food, so they knew all about getting wet. The minute I would call the fish to eat they would show up for a fish food snack. I had started to put a sprinkle on the rock beside the pond so they wouldn't scare the babies. Kittens are so cute.

my adorable cat fell into our tilapia tank and clawed his way out, leaving rips in the thin liner. Now I try to keep him away from the tanks and ponds!
