| I am planning on installing a pond in the spring. I expressed to my family that I was very interested in a solar powered pump. Shortly after,my husband bought a solar powered pump PO10 from Overstock.com for my birthday. I wonder if anyone has purchased a similar item and how well it has worked for them. |

| I have not used a solar pump. But I will bring your attention to the fact that this pump's rate of flow is listed in liters per hour. (The standard is gallons/hr.) 800 L/hr is about 211 G/hr. Unless your pond will be quite small, you may find you need more than one pump. |
