My idea was to line the bare ground in the hole with roofing felt and, then, to apply resin and fiberglass layers.

Does anyone have experience with this? Other comments?

Why not buy an EPDM liner? It will be faster, cleaner, and easier.

What would be the advantage over liner or cement for that matter?? Would be very expensive for sure gary
