| Hi,
I've had ponds for well over 20 yrs, most of them were all concrete ones that I made. To make a long story short... we built a new house just over 2 yrs ago (after living at our old home for about 20 yrs) and I had to leave all of my bullfrogs behind. I recently finished building a pond (8ft by 12ft by 2+ft deep Firestone liner) and I'm trying to locate some bullfrogs as I have really missed having them around the past couple of years. I found 1 site that had bullfrog tadpoles but you have to buy at least 35 of them and that was $70! I don't need 35 of them, 10 would do I would think. Anyone in Central Florida wanting to get rid of a few??? |

| Jay, have you tried local pond shops for tadpoles? I lived in Marion county up till last November 1st and use to be able to find them in the shops around Ocala. We now live in central Alabama and this past Summer was so dry that they just wondered in by themselves. One reason, the creeks were going dry. |

| Slocum's water gardens used to be up the road from me, but they closed several years back. I did locate Mr Slocum but he doesn't have any. There is 1 other place that I might try... if not, I guess I'll have to wait and see if any show up on their own. I did have a leopard frog show up the same night that I installed the pond, but I haven't seen him in several days now. Thanks for the response... |

| I don't want any Bull Frogs. I remove them when they show up (of course to a nice home)but far from my pond. I would love to send you mine! |

| I guess I'm just impatient after leaving behind all of my frogs a little over 2 yrs ago. I'm sure some will show up this spring... there's a lot of water and woods around me and in the summer, you can hear what sounds like millions of leopard and bull frogs at night. |
