Is your pond completely frozen over? Do you have fish in your pond? Does it freeze solid? My little 600 gal pond is frozen over but I have a bubbler keeping a hole open. I have fish. I also had a lot of frogs this year. I sunk "frog pots" plastic flower pots with batting in them for the frogs to snuggle into. I have tried to get extensive information on frogs and have not been very successful. I would sink a frog pot or 2 and put him in the pond if it does not freez solid.

Here over on Long Island I've had frogs just sink to the bottom of my little 18" deep 200 gallon pond to winter over. I do run a bubbler and the frogs and fish do fine as only the top inch or two freezes solid.
