| Dear all,
My daughter is in 11th grade and start thinking about collage more seriously. I would like to know if there is any reliable website that shows scholarship programs? Thank you in advance! |

| I don't remember any good ones on the internet, but be sure to check locally. I had a scholarship through a scholarship fund set up for our city, and the place that my dad now works at has a yearly scholarship given to one of the employee's children. Check with the guidence counselers at your daughter's school and they'll know the best ones to apply for. If your daugther works then that place may have a scholarship program. One that you might not know about is the PSAT. The PSAT is normally taken by juniors to prepare for the SAT, but there is also a scholarship attached to it so if it isn't too late then be sure to have her take that test. The scholarship is a hard one to get as it is the National Merit Scholarship, but it is worth a lot. |

| The best online scholarship search site is FastWeb.com - at least that's the one that is regularly recommended as highly reputable by high school guidance counselors in our area. Personally, we've found the site to be very helpful in supplementing local scholarship sources. LIR |
Here is a link that might be useful: FastWeb.com
