Yes, I am. I would be happy to call Carla tonight and see if I can walk her through the problem (I'm a computer specialist - making my living this way). I need her number. I'm going to send you all my contact information.

Thanks for replying, Jody. I emailed the info to Carla. I do hope you can help her. I do think she's going slightly bonkers being deprived of the roses forums!
