| Dh gave me a gardenia plant-----the only time I had success with one of these was the year I put it outside for the summer. It was wonderful
As a houseplant----usually the buds fall off before they bloom I need some suggestions to keep it alive till end of May when it can be moved outside. thanks for any information. Florence |

| Gosh, two have died on me, and both were outside. (The suicidal gardenia thread hits home.) I know they need acid soil and sunshine. I'll put a link to the Fragrant Plants forum, where they often discuss gardenias. Best of luck! |
