| I have take some Probiotic. It's not really bowels or nausea, just pain in upper stomach and a feeling of blah. Nothing appeals to me food wise. I do have some Cammomile tea, I'll try that. Anyone have any ideas?

Chamomile, ginger, slippery elm, spearmint, linden, fenugreek, fennel and lemon grass-$4.95 for a herbal tea. I was in a herbal and spice store getting some e.v.o.o. and the owner gave me his list, today. Don't know how good these are but they are old Greek remedies[well he is an old greek anyway].

Yep, ginger for the nausea. It really works. There is also a shot at the docs for nausea. Sorry you're feeling bad! Im trying Olive Leaf Extract to try to get rid of an oogabooga virus that's in my wrist bone for months. Viruses are hard. Any suggestions welcomed by me as well :( And Dad has shingles so make it times two.

I like Olive Leaf works for a good number of things without messing up your system!

Stomach bug or nerves? My nerves have been shot lately.
