I've never had such a good look at a doormouse before, although I've seen them mentioned in various pieces of literature. Interesting that the tail is fuzzy - more like a ground squirrel than a mouse. And interesting that they hibernate so soundly! Thanks for posting the link, Ann.

Bob gave me some beautiful dark red roses--sure hope I don't find a mouse---LOL
