Shakespeare's Portrait found?

From a UK newspaper, a fairly detailed article with a superb photograph of a man of that time, who might be Shakespeare.
The lace ruff does say rich and successful.

Ann---thanks for a very interesting article----I had the pleasure of visitng Stratford on Avon many years ago (about 1976 while visitng England-----Great article.
