Hmmm--that's a new one. Did you remember to check the box telling the computer to remember your log-in? Can't remember exactly what words they use here, but it must be checked--or the computer forgets your password.

If it's not that, I haven't a clue what the problem is.

I run into that from time to time when I have to log in for what ever reason.I found that if you keep logging in eventually they remember you.Drives you crazy.
