Do I need to cover my roses?

I have planted 3 new roses this year and some last summer also. Do I need to cover them tonight? It is supposed to be in the 20's.

Rebeccah, I am sorry no one answered your post. People on the rose forums are very rigid and get upset when someone posts on the wrong forum. If you post on the Roses Forum you will probably get a response. But don't ask a question on the Rose Gallery or you may again get no response! I live in a warm climate and can't answer your question.

Funny, the daylily folks don't care on which forum you post pictures and are much more easy going about this issue. :)

I don't check in here often, and I hope you did cover your roses. It also helps to list where you live so we can help you better.
