Rex Harrison would have been 100

I don't laugh out loud that often. Especially when I'm alone. It tends to wake up sleeping cats and awake cats all think it's morning and they hit me up for food, regardless of the hour.
So, I'll share with you, my quiet friends, this link to a write up of Rex Harrison's hundredth birthday, and I'll bet you get a chuckle or two as well.

Here is a link that might be useful: A centennial

Interesting read! Thanks. Sounds like a total rotter!
Actually, I met him once; it waw during the Carol Landis death scandal. Was in NYC with classmates and he needed change for a phone call (think it was a nickel then) which I had (I still have the dime someplace!)

RE: Rex Harrison would have been 100

We used to stay up late in the 80's to watch The Ghost and Mrs. Muir on a school night when our mom went to bed. We would go through the TV listings and find all the old movies with David Niven, Sir Olivier and all the great actors we had crushes on. When the rose Sexy Rexy was offered for sale, I knew I had to buy one for old times sake!
