This is one of my favorite events of the year at The Brooklyn Botanical Gardens. Hope you like the shots click the link at the end!!!
I got up bright and early so I could get there and get a seat near the stage. Last year about 50 or 60,000 people showed up in a space that normal has about 1 to 2 thousand folks. I said I would only stay 1 to 2 hours and 7 hours later I left. Some of the classical dancing left me spell bound as it usually does. I may go back tomorrow theres another program on with some different pieces and some of the same. The main avenue of cherries still hadn't reached peak while many of the other varieties were already past or at peak.
