| Janen, if you have aches and pains, have you ever tried Bio-Freeze? It's works pretty well, most chiropractors sell it.

| Janen, bio freeze is a gel analgesic. It comes in tubes but my favorite is a roll on like deodorant. Much less messy. My mother discovered something called joint ritis but I haven't tried that bcause I like bio freeze. I think you can buy the joint ritis in most drugstores. Carla |
