Just wondering if anyone in the Midwest, after the winter we just had, has a similar slow growing eden rose problem. Had sucessfully established two eden climbers on either side of an arbor and they grew to about 2 feet before I put them "to bed" with a really good drink and mulched. Everything emerged slowly this year ...but....one East facing Eden came up healthy and beautifully, the west facing (could have gotten more wind) came up ridiculously slow and is strangely a seriously "miniature". It is about 10 inches high and everything about it is miniature....right down to the teeny buds. The East facing one is just blooming and about 2 feet tall. What happened?
