| I'm so unhappy with my job. I really want to quit - but I can't. Not until I find another job. I could sense that my new manager doesn't like me. He seem to get on with another office staff. I also work in the office and most of the time I feel like I am left in the dark - the last person to know about things. How can I focus on my work and control my thoughts? |

| I am sorry to hear this Jimmy. Yours is one of the chief complaints that many people have. Whether we force ourselves to maintain a professional attitude and do our best work, whether we fill out harassment forms, or report a person depends on too many factors. | I've been there before. I've had over 25 jobs in my life. Being the new kid on the block is usually painful. Be nice and good luck with finding a better job!! |
