Strangest e-mail! Best Spam Award

Titled a Japanese-looking word, it had the following poem [how cool actually].

But it had a Viagra ad at the bottom! ?? !

Okey Dokey. Just thought I'd share, lol! If you have any cool spam though, please feel free :)

It is as though I were at a second threshold.
That images of roads, whether composed
Scrawny wolves, and you,
Or else, like us, sunk into some long gaze
shaded by live oaks and bottlebrush trees
V. The Dutch in the Arctic
The ordinary, wide scene which begins
VII. Hudson and His Strait; Baffin and His Bay
Now that you notice ithave just moved past
That only you and I can know. Les deux
Beneath the snowflakes I notice faades
Homeward into the howling woods, although
marked with a dark stroke from the left, encroached
This third day of our January thaw,
At four, the spectators leave in pairs, off
At these masses the snow hides from me.
I. Further Exploration of Spitsbergen
Beyond ice floe and berg and ice-bound sea,
Right, and appears from here to be overcome

RE: Strangest e-mail! Best Spam Award

I think the most disturbing thing about spam is that one can track surges in it after sharing one's email address with a "friend" who's admittedly not computer savvy.

How do you explain conclusively to someone that in all likelihood their computer is one of the "bots" that's been taken over and is spewing this stuff out to the world.

I admit, I don't even try to make the case anymore. I just focus on making sure mine is as secure as possible.

P.S.: Once I resume my missionary work in San Zanzanita I should be most grateful to place my adorable, award winning Border collies up for adoption. All I request is that you open a special account at Your Bank, N.A. and deposit five thousand of your American dollars as a show of good faith. Do not be troubled in your wealthy American soul as the Border collies are worth one million of your American dollars. Yours truly, His Highness the Most Reverend.... etc. etc. blah, blah, blah...

Ohhh, and places that use firstname.lastname@ are notorious for getting it. Oxford's is like that, and I learned that I'm really descended from royalty and well soon be very wealthy, lol.

Seriously, I forgot the best spam I've ever gotten, and it was beautifully ironic. Last year, I think, missing Mom incredibly during Christmas, I saw in my inbox a mail from simply the name Eleanor [her name] titled "Thinking of you". I cried :)
