Update On Florence

I spoke to Bob, Florence's husband, last night and she's doing quite well. She was moved to rehab and is improving every day.

I will call her today and let you know if there's any change in her condition.

Wonderful! That's great news. Were you given any idea how long she may be in rehab before she's expected to feel strong enough to navigate her own home?

I talked to Florence last night and she's sounded wonderful! She's doing well with her rehab. She sends her love and hopes to be back with us soon.

I've been out of the loop (life has been grim in the Garden Center...trying to keep plants alive in this drought...) did Florence break a hip...or was this a planned replacement? And what's wrong/up with Miss Pagan?

Share with a long-lost sister, please? I'm headed off to work...but I'll check this when I get home.

Hey Mel! So good to see you :) Florence just had a planned replacement - we found out a few weeks ago. Hugs, Zeffy :)

Pagan just had surgery on her back to fix where the column fell on her right after her last surgery. Hugs Pagan :)

Hopefully a lot of healthy mending is continuing nicely for both!

Thanks to all for this heartwarming post-----It is comforting to know that so many rosey friends are wishing me well.

I'm slowly getting better---It seems the older we get the longer it takes to recover but my PT says I'm doing well.

I see Pagan is back with us---that is great news,
